Toys For Tots

The TJC Police Department is collecting toys for the Marine Corps’ Toys for Tots. The department hopes to bring a little joy to the lives of children who might not otherwise receive presents this Christmas.

Collection boxes will be located at the main station at 1020 S. Baxter, in Advising in Rogers Student Center, and at the Welcome Center at Baxter and Fifth through December 14th.

Toys for Tots - an initiative by TJC Campus Police to donate new and unwrapped toys this Christmas.

  • Vehicle Unlocks

    TJC's officers are trained in performing vehicle unlocks. To request this courtesy service call us at 903-510-2800.

Locations and Hours

The Tyler Junior College Police Department is located at the corner of Lake and Baxter which is on the Northwest section of the campus. (Adjacent to Hudnall Hall) A Campus Police substation is located on the 2nd floor of Rogers Student Center.

Main Police Department Lobby Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday - 7:30 a.m to 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday - 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday - Closed.
  • Closed on Campus Holidays.

Roger's Student Center Substation Hours:

  • Temporarily Closed

Parking Pass

You may obtain a parking pass by visiting the TJC Police Substation in the Rogers Student Center. To receive a parking pass, you will need to provide: 

  • Your license plate #
  • Your drivers license #
  • Your TJC-issued student ID 

If you do not have a vehicle, you may substitute a parking pass for a Tyler Transit bus pass.

The TJC Police Department uses the US National Property Register as its registration partner to help reduce crime and reunite faculty, staff, and students with lost and stolen property, including cell phones, laptops, tablets, bicycles and many other types of valuables.
