Advising Hold: New students must meet with an Academic Advisor for help registering for their first semester. Please visit Academic Advising.
Bad Address Hold: Submit a Change of Address form to correct or confirm the address on your account.
Business Service Hold: You owe a balance to TJC. Please review and pay this balance through Apache Access or with the Cashier’s Office.
Campus Safety Hold: This may mean you have a parking ticket or other business with Campus Police. Please contact Campus Police Administration: 903-510-2258.
Financial Aid Exit Counseling Hold: Please complete Student Loan Exit Counseling. Holds will be removed automatically in 24-48 hours.
Transcript Hold: A high school or college transcript from your previous institution(s) has not been received. Please request an official transcript from institution(s) listed on the hold. TJC allows for one (1) academic semester of enrollment while waiting on the official transcript(s); however, students will be unable to register for the following semester or obtain a TJC transcript until all official transcripts are received.
