TJC Apache Preview Day set Saturday, April 13

Potential Apaches and their families can get a free, firsthand look at Tyler Junior College during its spring Apache Preview Day, set 1-4 p.m. Saturday, April 13, on the TJC central campus.

Participants can explore the campus, connect with faculty, staff and current students, and get their questions answered — all in one visit.

They can also learn about financial aid and scholarships, housing, career planning, enrollment steps, campus activities, free student resources and the TJC Promise program. Staff will be on hand to assist with applying for admission and submitting financial aid documents.

Participants will also receive a TJC T-shirt and information packet.

As part of Preview Day, two open house events will be held from 11 a.m. to noon, for those interested in a closer look at TJC’s industrial and healthcare programs.

At the TJC West event, located at 1530 SSW Loop 323, prospective students and their families can explore opportunities in TJC’s manufacturing, transportation and industrial programs.

At Rogers Nursing and Health Sciences Center, located at 1200 E. Fifth St., potential students can get an up-close look at TJC’s state-of-the-art facilities and speak with faculty and staff from TJC’s healthcare programs.

To register for any of these events, go to TJC.edu/PreviewDay.
