Tyler Junior College Receives the 2021 BBB Award for Excellence

Tyler Junior College has been named the recipient of the 2021 Better Business Bureau (BBB) Award for Excellence in the large business category.

The awards were televised on KLTV in a production that aired Sunday, May 2.

The BBB Award for Excellence recognizes East Texas businesses and charities that go above and beyond for their employees, their customers and the community at large, and who demonstrate the highest standards of ethical practices.

Tyler Junior College was established on September 17, 1926, with nine faculty members and 93 students. The College District has continued to grow and includes a large geographic service area throughout East Texas and enrolls students from throughout the nation and several foreign countries.
