TJC’s Center for Earth and Space Science Education is offering an amazing Mad Science show the entire family is sure to enjoy.
Back by popular demand, the Dallas-based Mad Scientists will present Family Science Night, 4 to 6 pm., Saturday, March 18. The audience will be amazed when the Mad Scientist is able to defy gravity in this energetic and spectacular special event. Children will be introduced to a world of exciting chemistry with didgeridoo tubes, foaming hands and steaming chemical reactions. Fascinating interactive science demonstrations will not only entertain kids but will teach them science as well. The entire family will be able to do their very own hands-on science projects at three different science stations, and each child will receive three different take-home science activity sheets so the learning can continue after the event is over. It is a perfect opportunity for the family to have a fun night out while learning about science through hands-on, interactive demonstrations.
Admission is $10 per person, and tickets can be purchased in person or online at sciencecenter.tjc.edu.
