TJC NOW was established to fund the immediate needs of students at the College.
The emergency grant can be used for any component of a student's cost of attendance or for emergency costs that arise such as:
- Books/supplies
- Groceries
- Housing
- Transportation (fuel expenses)
- Medical
- Childcare
- Technology
Who is eligible for TJC Now Emergency funding?
To be eligible for these funds, students must be enrolled in classes at TJC and have a minimum 2.0 GPA.
How will I know if I received funding?
A notification email will be sent to the TJC email of each awarded student. TJC NOW applications will be reviewed by a committee and, if approved for the grant, will receive notification in their TJC email.
