This Spring Break Housing Addendum (the “Addendum”) is entered into by Tyler Junior College (“TJC”) and Student whose name is printed below (“Student”). TJC and Student entered into a Residence Hall Contract for the 2023-2024 academic year (“Housing Contract”), and this is an Addendum to the same Housing Contract. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meaning ascribed to them under the Housing Contract. TJC agrees to grant Student the use and occupancy of the room assigned to Student under their Housing Contract for the 2023-2024 academic year. Further identified below, at the rate of $35 each night for the Spring Break. All college buildings are closed for observance of this TJC-recognized holiday break period. These rights, and Student’s occupancy during the Winter Break is conditioned upon and subject to the agreements, terms, provisions, and conditions of this Addendum and the Housing Contract.
