Can I get a refund on my $100 housing application fee?

An applicant who is assigned a room in a residence hall will not have the $100 processing fee refunded.

An applicant who is on a waiting list and not assigned a room in a residence hall can have the $100 fee refunded. When the fee is refunded, the housing application is put in “inactive” status and won’t be considered for placement. The refund can be requested by sending the request in an e-mail with the applicant’s name, A-Number to housing@tjc.edu.
