Culinary Arts

Surround yourself with like-minded Culinary Arts students who share your passion for service. A Culinary Arts degree will prepare you for a variety of food preparation positions and for career advancement in the foodservice industry.

We designed our curriculum with jobs in mind. We consulted with local industry experts to create a degree plan to fit the needs of our students. You’ll learn by doing in a real-world environment with commercial-grade equipment.

What You’ll Learn About in Cooking and Pastry Courses

  • Regional and international flavors and cooking techniques
  • Fundamental and advanced pastry techniques
  • Menu management and purchasing
  • Hospitality and dining room supervision
  • Nutrition, health and food safety

No previous experience is required to enroll. You just need a love of food and a desire to learn. It is recommended to apply for the summer start for a higher opportunity of acceptance into the program.
