Business or Business Management?
The TJC Business department offers two distinct tracks, Business and Business Management. We encourage our students to consider their career flexibility, personal situations and the degree of certainty about academic majors when choosing between Business and Business Management degree plans.

The Business degree provides freshman and sophomore-level coursework for those students who plan to transfer to a 4-year college or university and complete a bachelor’s degree in a particular area of business.

The Business Management degree provides a broad-based business skill set for those students who primarily want to obtain immediate employment or employment advancement potential.
