Our business degree is designed to make transferring to a four-year degree program easier. It lets you move forward in your specialty field of accounting, business administration, entrepreneurship, finance, international business, management, or marketing.

Our curriculum provides you with a strong foundation in worldwide economy comprehension, utilization of technology to attain results, and the ability to demonstrate technical and critical thinking skills. Also, completing your introductory coursework in accounting, economics, and information systems will provide the foundation for specialized business study later in the four-year BBA degree.

The combination of a broad educational foundation and specialized study will equip you with the skills needed to enter the workforce as a professional and guide you toward a successful career in business.

Additionally, the curriculum is designed to satisfy the lower division requirements for a bachelor’s degree in a specific area at four-year colleges in Texas.

Marketable skills for this award include analytical/quantitative skills, meeting deadlines, Microsoft Excel, and presentation skills, problem-solving and verbal communication skills
