Harmony & Understanding sets ‘Broadway Blast’ for April 22

Tyler Junior College’s premier performance group Harmony & Understanding will salute the Great White Way in its upcoming show, “Broadway Blast.”
The performance is scheduled 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 22, in Wise Auditorium on the TJC main campus.
Admission is free.
Harmony & Understanding is under the direction of Professor Andrea Trent.
The revue of song-and-dance numbers includes showstoppers from a host of productions, including: “Spider-Man,” “Ain’t Misbehavin’,” “Porgy & Bess,” “The Pajama Game,” “Dreamgirls,” “Singin’ in the Rain,” “Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit,” and “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.”
Harmony & Understanding members are: Patrick Anderson, Gilmer; Daniel Dobbs, Tyler; Adam Jimenez, Canton; Alex McLean, Dallas; Ashlee McClure, Tyler; Kristen Miller, Weatherford; Laura Myrick, Tyler; Paige Roberson, Kingsland; Nick Sheffield. Tyler; Kashyra Thompson, Texarkana; and Kathy Wilson, Sabine.
