TJC to host Reality Fair for students

For college students about to enter the work force, learning to establish a budget and live within their financial means can be a challenge.
Tyler Junior College and Kelly Community Federal Credit Union are teaming up host a Reality Fair for TJC students, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16, in the Apache Rooms of Rogers Student Center on the TJC main campus.
The fair will include hands-on exhibits which will show students how to:
• Create a budget based the salary offered in their chosen career
• Decide how to manage their finances
• Make choices on housing, cars, clothing and technology
Chick-fil-A will provide free food, and prizes will be given away.
