$975 per session includes cost of mandatory meal plan and includes sales tax. Hudnall Hall will be a coed hall operated for both summer sessions. Approximately 92 spots will be available for each summer session.

The rates below include the cost of the mandatory meal plan. Each of the stated rates includes $90.00 sales tax which is assessed on the $1,100 mandatory meal plan. All rates listed are "per semester, per resident."

When a room assignment is made, the Housing charges are placed on the student's TJC account. All charges can be seen on the student's Apache Access account. The Housing charges must be paid, or arrangements to pay must be completed, prior to move-in. Payments can be made through the TJC Cashier's Office located in the White Administration building. There are 3 ways to pay the Housing charges.
- Out of Pocket or Private Pay – the complete amount paid before move-in or an Installment Plan established through Business Services
- Financial Aid - provide Housing with a copy of the Financial Aid award letter
- Scholarships - contact the Scholarship office on campus
