Housing Costs for the 2015 - 2016 Academic Year
$400 room cost for the 3-week session. No meal plan is available. MayMester residents will live in Vaughn Hall which will be coed by suite.
$645 room cost per session with unlimited laundry. $350 for the mandatory meal plan which provides 3 meals a day Mon-Fri plus $25 Apache Buxs. Summer School residents will live in Hudnall Hall which will be coed by floor. Football players on the TJC Football roster who attend the Summer II session will live in Sledge Hall.

The cost of the mandatory meal plan is $1,100 plus $90.00 sales tax for a total of $1,190 per semester.
When a room assignment is made, the Housing charges are placed on the student's TJC account. All charges can be seen on the student's Apache Access account. The Housing charges must be paid, or arrangements to pay must be completed, prior to move-in. Payments can be made through the TJC Cashier's Office located in the White Administration building. There are 4 ways to pay the Housing charges.
- Scholarships and Performance Grants - contact the Sholarship office on campus
- Out of Pocket or Private Pay – the complete amount paid before move-in
- Installment Plan - established through Business Services
- Financial Aid - provide Housing with a copy of the Financial Aid award letter
