Summer 2013 Notes

$625 per session. Claridge Hall will be a coed hall for both summer sessions. Approximately 80 spots will be available for each summer session.

Fall 2013-Spring 2014

The rates below include the cost of the mandatory meal plan. These rates are subject to change for the Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 academic year. All rates listed are "per semester, per resident."

Coed by Floor: Ornelas Hall Complex - $3,600
                        Bateman - $2,550

Female: Vaughn - $2,550
Female Athletics: Hudnall - $2,550

Male: Holley - $2,550
         Lewis - $2,375 
Male Athletics: Sledge (Football) and Claridge - $2,550

Payment Options

When a room assignment is made, the Housing charges are placed on the student's account. The charges can be seen on the student's Apache Access account. The Housing charges must be paid, or arrangements to pay must be completed, prior to move-in. Payments can be made through the TJC Cashier's Office located in the White Administration building. There are 3 ways to pay the Housing charges.

  • Out of Pocket or Private Pay – the complete amount paid before move-in
  • Financial Aid - provide Housing with a copy of the Financial Aid award letter
  • Arrange for a payment plan through the Business Services office
