Our LVN to ADN transition program is an accelerated program of study for licensed LVNs. Graduates will be awarded an Associate of Applied Science degree and are eligible to apply for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).

*Upon successfully completing RNSG 1118, RNSG 1163, RNSG 1324, and RNSG 1128, the transition student will earn an additional twelve (12) credit hours of equivalency credit. The transition option graduate will have earned a minimum of 60 credit hours and an associate of applied science degree in nursing.
