Join us at Tyler Junior College for two days this summer when life is relaxed and the campus is warm and beautiful. Summer Orientation's early preparation and more personal approach to academic life at Tyler Junior College eases the new student's transition from high school to college. Take placement tests, meet an academic adviser, and select classes for the fall semester. In addition, learn about the philosophy of the college as well as the many services offered. Finally, meet with other incoming students, where they say, "The friends you meet in college, become friends...for LIFE!"
Families are also encouraged to attend Summer Orientation. Their sessions focus on payment plans, housing contracts, meal plans and tips for parents to help encourage their students to become even more successful!
Each summer session has a limited enrollment, and is filled on a first-come first-served basis. Be sure to register early to ensure your top choice. Registration begins on March 4, 2013 at 8:00 am.
