Sealed proposals will be accepted in the Campus Services Office, 1327 S. Baxter, Tyler, Texas 75701 until 2:00 p.m., November 19, 2009 for the following:
RFP#2009-342Air Handler Replacement at Wise Auditorium and re-installation of existing at the Central Plant
All items or services called for in the above description must be in strict accordance with the requirements and specifications furnished upon request.
Information and/or specifications may be obtained by contacting Kevin Jones, kjon@tjc.edu .
A mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at 2 p.m., November 9, 2009 in the Campus Services Office, 1327 S. Baxter, Tyler, Texas 75701 located on the Tyler Junior College Campus.
Proposals will be received at the above listed time and place and will be opened in the Campus Services Office at 2:00 p.m., November 19, 2009.
Tyler Junior College reserves the right to reject any/or all proposals or to waive any informality in the proposals received if in the best interest of college.
