NOTICE TO BIDDERS
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TYLER JUNIOR COLLEGE RFP# 2009-341

Tyler Junior College is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Phase II Renovation/Addition to Wagstaff Gymnasium located on the main campus of Tyler Junior College, Tyler, Texas.

Tyler Junior College desires to hire a construction manager at a fixed fee to work with the College and the Architect for the College during the construction phase to make sure the project schedule will allow a timely completion of this project within a reasonable timeframe.

The project will be for the Renovation/Addition of Wagstaff Gymnasium, which contains coaches?/staff offices, athletic locker rooms, training/weight room, concession area, and consists of 27,185 square feet .

All proposals are due on or before 10:00 A.M. November 16, 2009 in the Campus Services office located at 1327 S. Baxter, Tyler, Texas. NO FAXED PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

All proposals must be clearly marked with company name and RFP number prior to submission.
