NOTICE OF MEETING


Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Tyler Junior College District will meet at 11:00 a.m. on the 20th day of August, 2009, in the Board Room, White Administrative Services Center, at the College in the City of Tyler, Texas, for the purpose of addressing the following agenda:

1. Public hearing on proposal to increase tax revenues for 2009.

2. Consideration of termination of financial advisory services agreement with First Southwest.

3. Consideration of resolution authorizing appropriate personnel and consultants to proceed with arrangements and preparation of documents for the issuance and sale of maintenance tax notes and resolving other matters incident and related thereto.

4. Consideration of a reimbursement resolution declaring expectation to reimburse expenditures with proceeds of future debt.
