NOTICE OF MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Tyler Junior College District will meet at 10:00 a.m. on the 28th day of May, 2009 in the Board Conference Room, White Administrative Services Center, at the College in the City of Tyler, Texas for the following purpose:
1. Work session on finances.
2. Discussion regarding the wayfinding master plan.
3. Discussion regarding the campus master plan.
4. Information regarding the interagency contract between Tyler Junior College and the General Land Office.
NOTICE OF MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Tyler Junior College District will meet at 11:00 a.m. on the 28th day of May, 2009, in the Board Room, White Administrative Services Center, at the College in the City of Tyler, Texas, for the purpose of addressing the following agenda:
1. Recognition of The Bell Tower Arts Journal staff.
2. Report on results of New Heights grant initiatives.
3. Consideration of memorial resolution.
4. Consideration of minutes of the meeting held on April 23, 2009.
5. Consideration of resolutions authorizing the president of the Board of Trustees to execute deeds for the sale of delinquent tax property in Smith County.
6. Annual review of Tyler Junior College tax abatements.
7. Consideration of renewal of tax abatement policy.
8. Consideration of the wayfinding master plan.
9. Consideration of the campus master plan.
10. Report on Vaughn Learning Resources Center.
11. Consideration of monthly financial and investment reports.
12. Consent agenda:
a. consideration of interagency cooperation contract between Tyler Junior College and the Texas General Land Office.
13. President?s Report on upcoming events.
14. Closed meeting.
a. personnel matters (Government Code 551.074) including appointment, resignation, retirement and leave of absence of faculty and staff.
b. deliberation regarding real property (Government Code 551.072).
