NOTICE OF MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Tyler Junior College District will meet at 10:00 a.m. on the 26th day of March, 2009 in the Board Conference Room, White Administrative Services Center, at the College in the City of Tyler, Texas for the following purpose:

1. Work session on finances.
2. Discussion regarding Citizen Contact Data Report for 2008.
3. Discussion regarding petition for closing the unimproved portion of 2nd Street.

1. Recognition of TJC Forensics Team.
2. Recognition of Indoor Drumline.
3. Consideration of resolutions in memory of James W. Fair and Edwin E. Fowler.
4. Consideration of minutes of the meeting held on February 26, 2009.
5. Consideration of resolution authorizing the president of the Board of Trustees to execute deed for the sale of delinquent tax property in Smith County.
