Library Fines and Holds

A fine of 25 cents per day per book is charged for overdue books.  No fine is charged to TJC faculty/staff, alumni, or Apache Club members.

Reference books, magazines, and vertical file materials may not be checked out by anyone except full-time and part-time TJC faculty and staff with approval of the library director.  These items must be returned by the faculty or staff member within 24 hours.  A limit of 30 items may be checked out by TJC faculty/staff.  Copies from any of these items may be made for 10 cents per page.

Holds will be placed on the records of those students owing a fine or having overdue Library materials.
