Project: Demolition of Existing and Installation of Two New Walk-in Coolers and One Walk-in Freezer in Rogers Student Center

Submittal Deadline: September 19, 2013 – 2:00 p.m.

Project Description: Tyler Junior College is accepting Proposals in response to this Request for Proposal for selection of a vendor or general contractor to provide demolition of the existing and installation of two new walk-in coolers and one new walk-in freezer in the kitchen of the Rogers Student Center Cafeteria located on the campus of Tyler Junior College.

SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS:

  1. Proposals must follow the format shown in the “Request for Proposal”. 
  2. Documents received after the deadline indicated herein will not be considered. The College reserves the right to accept or reject any informality. 
  3. The College will not accept Proposals that are delivered by telephone, facsimile (fax), or electronic mail (e-mail).
  4. Properly received submittals WILL NOT be returned to Respondents. 
  5. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. 
  6. Sealed proposals, addressed to Tyler Junior College, will be received in the Office of Michael Caruso, Director, Campus Services, at 1327 South Baxter Avenue, Tyler Texas 75701, until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 19, 2013.
