I have been teaching at TJC for 15 years in the field of business management and have taught as an adjunct instructor for the University of Texas at Tyler. I have 28 years of corporate management experience and currently own a residential construction company. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and finance from Stephen F. Austin State University and my M.B.A. in management for the University of Texas at Tyler. I currently teach Small Business Management, Personal Financial Management, and Leadership.
Within the Leadership class our students participate with the Make A Wish Foundation to design projects that provide resources to grant “Wishes” to special needs and terminally ill children.
I enjoy sailing, skiing, and spending time with my family.
I have I have been part of the TJC faculty for 35 years. I received my B.B.A. degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and my M.B.A. from East Texas State University. Throughout my early academic career I worked extensively with community employer groups to facilitate management training programs, developing professional development programs and industrial seminars. Currently I teach Marketing, Small Business Management, Principles of Management, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior.
Lindsey A. Gainer
I am a former executive manager in the heath care field and have spent over twenty years in varied organizational analysis and strategic planning positions in local businesses as well as non-profit community organizations. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and my M.B.A. from LeTourneau University. Additionally, I have completed advanced graduate certification in Executive Management from the Wharton School of Business, Univ. of PA.
I currently teach strategic management, organizational behavior, human resources management and medical office management at TJC and strategic management for LeTourneau University. I love to travel with my family, mostly to see Mickey Mouse.
