Don Blaine

Don BlaineI have been teaching at TJC for 15 years in the field of business management and have taught as an adjunct instructor for the University of Texas at Tyler. I have 28 years of corporate management experience and currently own a residential construction company. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and finance from Stephen F. Austin State University and my M.B.A. in management for the University of Texas at Tyler. I currently teach Small Business Management, Personal Financial Management, and Leadership.

Within the Leadership class our students participate with the Make A Wish Foundation to design projects that provide resources to grant “Wishes” to special needs and terminally ill children.

I enjoy sailing, skiing, and spending time with my family.

Carroll Cassel

Carroll CasselI have I have been part of the TJC faculty for 35 years. I received my B.B.A. degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and my M.B.A. from East Texas State University. Throughout my early academic career I worked extensively with community employer groups to facilitate management training programs, developing professional development programs and industrial seminars. Currently I teach Marketing, Small Business Management, Principles of Management, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior.

Lindsey A. Gainer

Lindsey GainerI am a former executive manager in the heath care field and have spent over twenty years in varied organizational analysis and strategic planning positions in local businesses as well as non-profit community organizations. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and my M.B.A. from LeTourneau University. Additionally, I have completed advanced graduate certification in Executive Management from the Wharton School of Business, Univ. of PA.

I currently teach strategic management, organizational behavior, human resources management and medical office management at TJC and strategic management for LeTourneau University. I love to travel with my family, mostly to see Mickey Mouse.
