Required Legal Disclaimers

The College Mission Statement, SACS Accreditation Statement, and EEO Disclaimer must be included on almost all printed items. The “three musts” should be included on any printed item that that:

  • Solicits employment
  • Recruits students
  • Solicits participation in a TJC program, service or event

This includes fliers, posters, programs, postcards, schedules, catalogs, brochures, etc. If you have questions on if they belong on your piece, please contact Pamela Rathbun at prat@tjc.edu or 903-510-3163.

These statements can be in a type size as small as 6 pt. You may use a narrow font (such as Arial Narrow).

Please remember that even if you are producing your own printed piece, it must still be approved as meeting Identity Standards. Please send a proof to prat@tjc.edu for approval.
