Tyler Junior College is accredited by the Commission on Colleges (COC) of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) to award associate degrees.
Reaffirmation of accreditation is on a 10-year schedule, and the College was last reaffirmed in June 2011.
This site serves as the campus focal point for sharing information involving the reaffirmation process and all important documents, including the Compliance Certification Report, Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), Focused Report and Response Report. Also included are communications sent to faculty and staff concerning preparation for the SACS on-site visit, the on-site review committee and the standards to be reviewed by the visiting team.
