TJC offers such a warm and inviting atmosphere that really brings the students and faculty closer together.

A:
Starbucks! I love that TJC has included outside vendors into our campus to make it more of a university atmosphere.

Q: What do you like about being an admissions counselor?
A:
It is very rewarding when a new first time student or returning adult student comes to my office to discuss their future and they want me to be a part of it!

Q: What advice would you give to college-bound students?
A:
College is a place where you get to start fresh, so take advantage of the friendships and opportunities that come your way!

 There are many opportunities for students to get involved beyond the classroom.

The library is my favorite place because it offers infinite knowledge and Starbucks Coffee.

A:
I enjoy helping students through the process of continuing their education. It can be an overwhelming process and Iā€™m glad to be able to help students through the transition.

Q: What advice would you give to college-bound students?
A:
 There are so many jobs and opportunities available through certificate and degree programs.  Find what you are interested in and set your educational goal. Make sure to ask for help or advice before you get overwhelmed.

 How welcoming and family orientated TJC is. You can feel the warmth instantly as you walk onto the campus.

A:
 The Library. Not only do they have Starbucks, which is wonderful, they also have the latest technology to assist students in the best way possible to ensure graduation.

A: 
I enjoy helping! I feel its my responsibility to make sure every person is given a chance to further their education no matter what. Its rewarding when I see a potential student become a TJC Apache student! Its the greatest feeling ever!

A:
  This is one of the most important decisions in your life! Take full advantage of every opportunity that will arise during your college tenure. This is the first step to the rest of your life! MAKE IT COUNT!
