» View pages in this section

Once again the time of year for gathering with our friends and family to partake in the utmost of the holiday activities is right around the corner. As always, the main ingredient to all of these gatherings is the deliciously prepared holiday meals. Join David Colella, Executive Chef, in learning a broad range of items for your holiday festivities and meals. This class will demonstrate how to debone, roll, stuff, and tie a turkey ready for roasting. Each student will debone a chicken as the instructor debones a Turkey, giving students hands on understanding. For dessert, students will learn how to make a Pumpkin Crème Brûleé. Students will be able to sample the foods as well as take home what they prepare in class. Be ready for the holidays, come and celebrate the chef in you! Call and register soon because seating is limited!

Supplies to bring: Students are to provide their own boning knife, French knife, and apron.
