Following the life of one man through the trial and tribulations of farming the high plains of Texas, Harvest is a trilogy of one-acts at eventful stages of Rick Childress's life.

Barren Fields... at 25, Rick and Toni Childress are at a crisis in their young marriage, will their love for each other be strong enough to meet the threat of a failing farm.

HarvestSquaring... at 45, Rick confronts a new life challenge in the guise of County Farm Agent Aggie Taylor, who wants to teach him how to grow cotton, his specialty.

End of the Row... in his late 60's Rick meets the ultimate question in his life, has he finished his task, is he through and ready to retire and sell the farm, a part of his life handed down three generations.
