Apache Band
- The Apache Band is the official College band program
open to all students who qualify by audition. The band program
as a whole performs at a large number of campus, athletic, and
community events. The Marching Band is the most visual element
of the band program. Its primary role is performing at football
games, parades and exhibition performances at marching band contests.
Numerous ensembles such as Jazz Bands 1 and 2, Brass Choir, Woodwind,
Choir, Wind Ensemble, and Percussion Ensemble rehearse during both
semesters and showcase select groups of band students chosen by
audition to play various genres of music. In the spring semester,
those not chosen for Wind Ensemble will form the Symphonic Band
and all band students will form three Apache Spirit Basketball
pep bands to perform at home games at least once a week. Email
